It seems to me that atheists consistently take the abuses of Islam and Roman Catholics, and apply that condemnation to Christianity (ignoring completely the teaching of Jesus the Christ) Hitchens was a master at this.
ReplyDeleteThe worst that I've ever heard atheists say against Christianity is talk about God wiping out those societies who killed children as live burnt offerings, or accuse us of being hypocrites in Church who discriminate against homosexuals.
I can live with that but it seems silly and more than a little pitiful.
